What products do you offer?

We offer a variety of custom laser-engraved products including baseball leather patch hats, pocket knives, tumblers, keychains, vinyl decals for car windows, and much more. 

Can I customize my product?

Yes! Most of our products can be customized with your design, logo, or text. Whether it’s a special message, image, or branding, we’ll work with you to make sure your vision comes to life. Simply contact us with your ideas, and we'll guide you through the process. We must have a high quality resolution file, otherwise there will be a design fee to correct it.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production times vary depending on the product and level of customization, but generally, you can expect to receive your order within14 days of ordering. For bulk or custom orders production time will vary, but you can expect your delivery within 3-4 weeks of placing your bulk custom order. We always strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

What is the best way to care for my laser-engraved products?

For cutting boards, it is best to hand wash and stand up to dry. We recommend applying Food Grade Mineral Oil to your board, every one to two months, to help keep your wood looking seasoned and beautiful. For hats, please avoid machine washing and instead gently clean with a damp cloth. For tumblers and keychains, wash by hand and avoid abrasive scrubbing. We’ll also provide any specific care tips when necessary.

Can I order in bulk for a special event or company giveaway?

Yes! We offer bulk orders for special events, corporate giveaways, and team apparel. If you’re planning a bulk order, please reach out to us with the details, and we’ll be happy to provide a quote and timeline for your project.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We CANNOT accept returns, as it is a customized product, unless the error was made on our end. We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue, depending on the circumstances. It is VERY IMPORTANT to double-check names/ dates that you submit to us.
